RV Country is looking for friendly and detail-oriented Order Entry Representatives to join our team! If you enjoy working with data, have a sharp eye for accuracy, and love providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect fit for you. Job Responsibilities Determine and accurately identify parts requested. Create or update part numbers using predefined procedures. Create and modify purchase orders. Data entry of orders on manufacturers portals Review and update open purchase orders. Create special order parts on dealership computer system and notify appropriate personnel. Review and update special orders. Qualifications Accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail Consistent, dependable, and committed to follow-through Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment Requirements Previous parts related exp preferred Computer proficiency required High school diploma or GED required Willingness to train Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with company matchPTO Great company culture Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
