Yulee and Fernandina Home Care Positions | Weekday & Weekend Opportunities | W-2 

Concierge Care is seeking compassionate Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing home care team serving Yulee and surrounding Nassau County communities .

We currently have multiple clients needing dependable caregivers and are hiring professionals who are ready to provide exceptional one-on-one care in the comfort of clients' homes. With a variety of schedules available, this is a great opportunity for caregivers looking for flexible PRN work and consistent client assignments.

• W-2 employment
• $18–$22 per hour (higher-paying assignments may be available)

Applicants must have:

• An active Florida CNA license OR a Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training school (previous HHA experience with another agency alone does not qualify)
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Social Security card
• Health statement completed within the last 6 months stating "Free of Communicable Diseases."
  
  

-Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)

-Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

-CPR certification

-A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases

-Completed CEUs:
• 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication

-Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
