Job Overview

AV Taxi Rides is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our Los Angeles team. This position plays a key role in assisting customers with transportation services, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience from booking through trip completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with transportation service inquiries and ride reservations
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments and scheduling updates
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining company standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Salary Range

$18 – $27 per hour , based on experience and qualifications
