Novacruitix Staffing Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to support business and technology initiatives.
Responsibilities-
Gather and document business requirements

Work with business users and technical teams

Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation

Support UAT and testing activities
-
Analyze business processes and identify improvements
-
Participate in stakeholder meetings
-
Assist with reporting and data analysis
-
Minimum 1 year of Business Analyst experience
-
Strong communication and documentation skills
-
Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder coordination
-
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
-
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, SQL, or Visio
-
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
