HVAC Project Manager

Job Opportunity: HVAC Project Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio We are seeking an HVAC Project Manager to manage and inspire teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality HVAC solutions. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day project activities, including site visits. Coordinate with service organizations and technicians for start‑up, warranty, and troubleshooting matters. Provide clear communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in developing proposals and pricing estimates for equipment and technical solutions. Offer timely and accurate technical assistance to Account Managers and customers. Guide customers in equipment selection and application using deep knowledge of HVAC airside and waterside systems. Collaborate with manufacturer partners and utilize software for accurate equipment selections. Work closely with Account Managers to ensure proper equipment selection and application alignment. Develop comprehensive proposals, including itemized costs and relevant project information. Support Account Managers with customer‑specific marketing strategies. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Qualifications Bachelor’s or associate degree in project management, construction management, or industrial engineering (preferred). Relevant experience in HVAC project management (required). Proficiency in computer applications including Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Familiarity with computer‑aided drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) is a plus. Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to make independent decisions. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to respond effectively to customer needs.
