Legal Assistant
We are looking for a legal assistant in our White Plains AND New City offices . Candidate must have a car and must be able to travel to both locations.
Job description:
Position includes: clerical and administrative work, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments and greeting clients.
Requirements
- Candidate must have excellent phone manner, possess strong computer, organizational and communication skills.
- Legal experience is preferred
- Must have reliable transportation (a vehicle) and be willing to work in both locations (White Plains and New City).
- Minimum two years professional office experience required.
Works ends at 1 pm every Friday!!
