Senior Litigation Associate — Plaintiff Personal Injury

Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus

Fletcher Law Office is seeking an experienced plaintiff-side personal injury litigation attorney to take primary responsibility for managing and developing serious injury cases through trial preparation.

We are a trial-focused personal injury firm handling significant injury litigation. We are looking for a highly organized, independent attorney who enjoys litigation, takes ownership of cases, and can manage complex matters with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage personal injury litigation from filing through trial readiness.
• Oversee written discovery, document production, and discovery disputes.
• Identify, retain, coordinate, and prepare expert witnesses.
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Draft and argue substantive and procedural motions.
• Ensure medical records, expert reports, and supporting evidence are complete.
• Maintain scheduling order compliance and manage litigation deadlines.
• Supervise paralegals and coordinate case preparation.
• Prepare cases for trial in close collaboration with the firm's lead trial attorney.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission.
• At least five years of substantial civil litigation experience.
• Strong preference for plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage discovery, depositions, expert disclosures, and motion practice.
• Excellent writing, organizational, and case management skills.
• Experience with catastrophic injury, premises liability, negligent security, or construction accident litigation preferred.
