Patient Experience Team Member (Lead Front Desk Receptionist) – The Edge Men's Health Clinic

The Edge Men's Health Clinic-recently named 2025 Best of Northwest Arkansas: Men's Clinic -is seeking a polished, energetic, and service-driven Patient Experience Team Member to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients warmly and create a positive, professional first impression
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience throughout the patient visit
• Manage front desk communications including phone calls, texts, emails, and inquiries
• Coordinate and optimize the appointment schedule to ensure smooth clinic flow
• Handle scheduling changes with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
• Assist with patient check-in/check-out and accurately process payments
• Educate patients on services, promotions, and products as appropriate

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical scheduling or front office experience (required)
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience (required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• In-person role located in Rogers, AR

• $18–$21/hour , depending on experience

Location Requirement

• Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Rogers, AR 72758 or relocate prior to start.
