Municipal Engineering - Fehr Graham .\n\nWhat you’ll doAs a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism. You’ll cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prepare and deliver proposals, contracts and presentations. You’ll also:\n\n\n Oversee projects so they are successful.\n Coordinate projects, resolving any scheduling, staffing or quality issues.\n Lead project teams, including staff and subconsultants, to deliver results.\n Invoice clients, provide explanations for billed items and follow up on accounts.\n Maintain client confidentiality and follow company standards for online filing and documentation.\n Perform Root Cause Analysis for project write-offs and ensure quality control for assigned projects.\n Communicate technical concepts and ideas to clients and team members.\n Prioritize tasks and follow tight deadlines.\n Work across multiple disciplines to cross-market services.\nWhat it takesIdeally, you’ll have a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in municipal project management.
