What You'll Do:

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures involving adult and pediatric patients
• Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as needed
• Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status during procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a supervised environment
• Maintain thorough documentation using Epic EMR
• Respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation when necessary
• Contribute to a daily caseload of approximately 50 surgeries across multiple ORs
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital and safety standards

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid Michigan RN license and anesthesia certification (CRNA)
• Prior anesthesia experience (preferred)
• Ability to work scheduled shifts without on-call responsibilities
• Strong procedural and monitoring skills

Preferred:

• Experience with general, neurosurgical, and spinal anesthesia
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
