• Experience: Previous critical care experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality critical care for adult patients in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Obtain and document initial patient assessments and prioritize care needs
• Re-assess patients routinely to monitor progress and modify care plans accordingly
• Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with nursing standards
• Perform Point of Care testing procedures as needed
• Collaborate effectively with team members, physicians, patients, and families
• Educate patients and families about health, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Ensure safety and compliance with hospital policies and procedures

What You Need

• Active New Mexico RN license or current Compact license
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and TNCC (via AHA)
• Prior experience in critical care (preferred)
• Strong communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills
