Finance Lead - IMCO Oncology Expense Management

AbbVie

Finance Lead supporting AbbVie's oncology business within the International Marketing and Commercial Organization. Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budget management, and monthly reporting for the oncology portfolio across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

Lead annual planning, long-range planning, and latest best estimates with headcount and expense projections
Prepare monthly financial closing and performance reporting with variance analysis and commentary
Conduct monthly financial and performance reviews with leadership team
Approve purchase orders and invoices; lead ad hoc analyses and process improvements
Provide insights on business drivers and financial performance to cross-functional partners

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years finance, accounting, analytics, forecasting, or financial planning experience
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in BPC, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and financial modeling
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
CPA or MBA preferred
