General Production Worker – Night ShiftWe are seeking reliable and hardworking General Production Workers to join our night shift team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that produces wheels for OEM suppliers. In this role, you support production operations through hands-on assembly, material handling, machine operation, packaging, and general manufacturing duties. You focus on safety, quality, and efficiency while working closely with your team to meet daily production goals.ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly of wheel components in accordance with established production standards, work instructions, and quality requirements.Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products safely and efficiently throughout the shift.Transport materials throughout the facility using approved material handling procedures and equipment.Assist with machine operation and production equipment as assigned, including basic machine operating tasks.Inspect products for quality, using measuring tools such as tape measures when needed, and promptly report any defects or production issues.Perform packaging and packing of finished products to meet customer and internal specifications.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following housekeeping and 5S practices.Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and quality standards at all times.Support production goals by meeting or exceeding daily output and efficiency requirements.Assist in various production-related tasks as needed to support overall manufacturing operations.Work effectively with team members and shift leadership to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor roles.Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for the duration of the shift.Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment and varying temperatures.Strong attention to detail and a solid commitment to product quality and safety.Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic, with the ability to follow instructions and work consistently.Ability to work overtime as needed to support production demands.Basic ability to use simple measuring tools, such as tape measures, for inspection and quality checks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in general production, machine operation, or machine operating roles.Experience in packaging, packing, and inspection in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.Forklift experience or familiarity with material handling equipment.Prior manufacturing, production, or assembly experience in an automotive environment.Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting.Ability to work effectively as part of a team on a night shift schedule.Why Work Here?You join a stable manufacturing operation that values safety, reliability, and teamwork, offering competitive pay, weekly pay options where available, and regular overtime opportunities.
