Position Inside Sales Representative – Auburn Hills, MI. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Prospect and close sales throughout the full cycle from prospecting to closing. B2B sales experience preferred (at least 6 months). Automotive and social media experience is a plus. Excellent phone skills – 50-60 cold calls per day – and strong written communication. Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities. Strong sales results with high initiative, follow‑up, and product retention. Proficiency in workplace applications such as Word, Excel, and Google Suite. Strong hunter mentality, self‑motivated, and highly organized with strong attention to detail. Compensation and Incentives Base salary $45,000.00 with uncapped commission incentives. Top representatives consistently achieve total compensation of $80,000+.
