Fiber Sales Representative — Door-to-Door

Home Front Solutions LLC | Flexible Schedule | No Experience Required

Home Front Solutions is hiring motivated, personable representatives to sell fiber internet in local neighborhoods. If you enjoy meeting people, want a flexible schedule, and are willing to learn, we provide the training to help you get started.

You’ll speak with residents at their homes, explain available internet services, answer questions, and help interested customers complete the approved ordering process. You do not need previous sales experience or a technical background.

Earnings opportunity: $1,500–$3,000 per week in commissions. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent-contractor opportunity.

• Visit homes within your assigned sales territory and introduce yourself professionally.
• Speak with residents about their current internet service, household needs, and available fiber options.
• Explain approved plans, pricing, features, and promotional conditions clearly.
• Confirm service availability through the approved provider process.
• Answer questions, address concerns respectfully, and help interested customers choose an appropriate service.
• Submit accurate customer information and orders through the designated sales system.
• Record conversations, follow-up opportunities, and sales outcomes using your phone.
• Keep customers informed about the next steps in their installation or activation process.
• Respect residents’ decisions, property, and do-not-knock requests.
  

No Experience Needed — Training Provided

We provide product and sales training before you begin working independently. Training covers:

• Fiber internet basics: understanding the service and explaining it in everyday language.
• Starting conversations: introducing yourself and getting to the point naturally.
• Understanding customer needs: asking useful questions and listening to the answers.
• Presenting offers: explaining pricing, eligibility, and service options accurately.
• Handling questions and objections: responding professionally without pressuring customers.
• Completing orders: using the approved sales tools and submitting accurate information.
• Working a territory: organizing visits, recording outcomes, and managing follow-ups.
  

You’ll also receive ongoing coaching and support as you develop your skills.

Flexible Scheduling

Work your own hours and organize your field activity around your availability. You’ll coordinate territory access and training with the team and choose times when residents are available to speak.

This is active, outdoor work that involves walking through neighborhoods, approaching homes, and handling both interested customers and rejection professionally.

• Willingness to initiate conversations with people you haven’t met.
• Comfort walking and working outdoors.
• Dependability, follow-through, and attention to customer information.
• Willingness to learn, practice, and apply feedback.

Previous experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, canvassing, or sales can be helpful, but prior experience is not required.
