Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Description Salary: Per visit/call night Exciting opportunity for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join with a board-certified geriatrician who will guide you every step of the way. Our goal is to change the way older folks receive healthcare so they stop getting lost in the shuffle. We are currently hiring for an NP/PA to do on-site visits at Assisted Living Facilities/ Independent Senior Living Apartments throughout Tennessee (our focus in mainly middle TN at this time but other opportunities within Tennessee are always turning up). Payment is per visit after completion of documentation on a bimonthly basis. Payment is $35-$45 per visit. The ability to take call is available on an "as needed" basis and pays $250/week (it is phone calls only - you will never need to go anywhere). A Tennessee medical license and active DEA number are required (although we can begin training new graduates as they await certification). Malpractice insurance will be provided. Benefits not currently available as this is an independent contractor position 1099. Experience in taking care of geriatric patients preferred but not required as training and access to geriatric expertise will always be available.
