SLED/Timekeeping Associate (Part Time)

South Carolina, 1700 WADE HAMPTON BLVD, Greenville, SC 296140001, USA Position Summary: Oversee timekeeping functions and submission/filing of all SLED paperwork. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain personnel files relating to SLED paperwork and initial officer training. Prepare and submit appropriate forms for all SLED related paperwork in a timely manner. Perform general clerical duties. Oversee and review all student timesheets for accuracy. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of standard office and managerial practices. Proficient with the Microsoft Suite. Effective written and oral communication. Professional in appearance and presentation. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Able to file data quickly and accurately. Detail oriented. An applicant must be a born‑again Christian who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
