Location: Bethesda, MD, US (New Clinic Location) Salary Range: Full Time Position: $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience Full Time and Part Time Flexible options available! You’ll continue treating patients while helping shape how the clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops. You won’t be doing this alone. As a locally owned FYZICAL clinic, you’ll have access to national systems, training, and clinical resources to support your success. What You’ll Do Clinical Care Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence Leadership & Clinic Development Help establish clinical standards, workflows, and best practices Lead by example in professionalism, patient engagement, and care quality Partner with ownership on clinic growth, community outreach, and referral relationships Contribute to operational planning as the clinic expands Ideal Candidate Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (or eligible) Passionate about patient‑centered outpatient care Interested in leadership, mentorship, and long‑term growth Enjoys collaboration and building strong team culture Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus, but heart for patients comes first Strong clinicians ready to step into leadership and grow into a Clinical Director role are encouraged to apply.
