At Stansel Insurance Agency , we believe exceptional customer service creates lifelong clients. We're looking for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to better protect our customers.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You'll be the trusted resource our clients rely on while also helping our agency grow by reconnecting with past customers, uncovering additional coverage needs, and creating outstanding client experiences every day.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
• Reconnect with former customers
• Identify cross-sell opportunities by educating clients on additional insurance products that fit their needs
• Build long-term relationships that create customer loyalty and retention
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Support agency operations while contributing to team goals and growth

What We're Looking For

• Property & Casualty license preferred or willing to obtain before starting
• Previous insurance industry experience is required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others
• Comfortable discussing insurance coverages and making recommendations
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude with a desire to grow professionally
• Sales or account management experience is a plus
