Location: Dayton General Hospital - Rehabilitation Department, Dayton, WA

Contracted : Per Diem, Weekend On-Call

Compensation: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification every 2 years

Key Responsibilities - Inpatient Services

• Provide physical therapy treatments to hospitalized patients based on provider prescriptions.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, stretching, massage, and other treatment modalities appropriate for inpatient care.
• Assess patient progress during hospitalization and recommend adjustments to treatment plans to support safe mobility and recovery.
• Educate patients and nursing staff on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety practices to continue between therapy sessions.
• Document all patient treatments, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with inpatient requirements.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and unit staff to ensure coordinated and effective inpatient care.
