Role Description: The Communications Intern will play a crucial role in supporting Primient's internal and external communications initiatives. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in corporate communications within a manufacturing and corporate environment. The intern will assist the Marketing & Communications team with various tasks, including the creation and distribution of company announcements, press releases, social media content, and other key messaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic team. Additional housing stipend from $1,500 to $3,000 depending on work and candidate's location. Department: Marketing & Communications Location: Schaumburg, IL Schedule: Hybrid (3 days office/2 days WFH) Wage: $22.00 - $24.00/hour Key Projects & Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of internal and external communication plans. Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading a wide range of content, including articles, blog posts, and marketing materials. Contribute to the company's social media strategy, including content creation and scheduling. Aid in the planning and coordination of internal events and campaigns. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to help inform communication strategies. Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated skills in copywriting and content creation. Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
