About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Human Resources to lead its corporate HR and safety teams with a focus on driving people and culture strategies that support the organization's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning processes. This role also involves managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations and organizational development matters. The VP of HR will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, using technology, analytics, and modern practices to deliver measurable business impact and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. Applicants for the VP of Human Resources position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a Director-level HR role, with a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. A SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred. The role requires a proven ability to lead teams, influence executives, and drive organizational change, as well as strong knowledge of multi-state, federal, and local employment laws. Experience in overseeing workplace safety programs, particularly in a manufacturing or distribution environment, is essential. The VP of HR will also be involved in strategic and cross-functional leadership, facilitating the leadership team's strategic planning process, and leading change management efforts. The ability to communicate HR and safety priorities effectively across all levels of the organization is a key qualification for this role.
