Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Management in Fayetteville, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and help maintain site procedures. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, visitor authorization, contractor documentation, and delivery information in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records; issue and collect access credentials as directed by site procedures.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
