We invite you to join our organization as a Urologist in New York’s Southern Tier, where you will become part of a well-established service line that is in high demand. Our modern facilities are equipped with two da Vinci robotic systems (Xi and DV5). The practice ensures reliable access to operating rooms, including one full robotic block and one general/elective block each week, along with shared overflow. You will utilize an integrated Epic electronic health record system and the Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) for seamless documentation. Collaborating with a skilled team of advanced practice providers and nurses, you will be supported by a physician-led, not-for-profit health system. Enjoy the flexibility of scheduling, including the option for four-day clinical workweeks, while also having the opportunity for academic involvement, allowing you to shape your professional journey and make a significant impact on patient access and outcomes.

• Become part of a comprehensive urology practice that includes subspecialty care in endourology, urologic oncology, andrology, and robotic/minimally invasive surgery, with opportunities to develop your interests.
• Address a substantial market need with over 700 active referrals awaiting treatment.
• Utilize two da Vinci platforms (Xi and DV5) , with 24/7 anesthesia coverage, APP surgical assistance, and strong postoperative support.
• Enjoy predictable access to operating rooms: one full robotic OR block and one full general/elective OR block weekly, plus shared overflow.
• Work with a system-wide Epic platform and benefit from DAX for efficient documentation.
• Experience a flexible schedule with four-day clinical workweeks, comprising 36 patient-facing hours and 4 administrative hours each week.
• Join a collaborative team that includes 1 full-time Urologist, 1 long-term locum, 4 APPs , and dedicated inpatient APP coverage.
• Participate in shared call with employed providers, targeting 1 weekday night per week and 1 weekend per month once fully staffed (eligible for stipend).
• Achieve a potential earning of over $900,000 with wRVU incentives; salary reviews occur at 2 years (or 3 years for visa-sponsored hires).
• Consider additional incentives on a case-by-case basis, including retention bonuses, loan repayment, and relocation assistance; comprehensive benefits package including 403(b)/457(b) and $4,000 for CME .
