Compensation: $600,000 - $900,000 annually

We invite you to become a part of our community-focused healthcare system located in New York’s Southern Tier as a Urologist. This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established service line that is experiencing high demand, equipped with modern facilities and two da Vinci robotic systems (Xi and DV5). Our practice ensures reliable access to operating rooms, featuring one full robotic block and one general/elective block each week, along with shared overflow. You will benefit from an integrated Epic electronic health record system and the Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) for seamless documentation.

As a Urologist, you will work alongside a skilled team of advanced practice providers and nursing staff, all within a physician-led, not-for-profit health system. We offer flexible scheduling options, including the possibility of four-day clinical workweeks, and opportunities for academic involvement, allowing you to shape your career while making a significant impact on patient access and outcomes.

• Engage in a comprehensive urology practice that includes subspecialty care such as endourology, urologic oncology, and robotic/minimally invasive surgery.
• Address a significant market need with over 700 active referrals awaiting care.
• Utilize two da Vinci platforms (Xi and DV5), with 24/7 anesthesia coverage and advanced practice provider surgical assistance.
• Provide robust postoperative support.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 administrative hours weekly.
• Collaborate with a team consisting of 1 full-time Urologist, 1 long-term locum, and 4 advanced practice providers, along with dedicated inpatient APP coverage.
• Participate in on-call duties targeting one weekday night per week and one weekend per month once fully staffed (eligible for stipend).
• Annual salary review after 2 years (or 3 years for visa-sponsored hires).
• Consideration for additional incentives such as retention bonuses, loan repayment, and relocation assistance.
