A leading multi-strategy investment firm is seeking a Corporate Strategy Associate to support firm-wide initiatives focused on business growth, operational efficiency, and technology adoption. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with business leaders across the organization, leveraging data analytics, financial modeling, and AI tools to improve processes, inform strategic decisions, and implement scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support firm-wide strategic initiatives across business lines, including business growth, platform efficiency, and resource allocation.
• Analyze business unit performance, production metrics, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build financial models, business cases, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to query databases, reconcile datasets, validate reports, and automate recurring analytical processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, evaluate new technologies, and drive AI adoption across the organization.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions, collaborating with engineering and technology teams on implementation.
• Develop scalable processes and tools that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and business performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including agentic coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities across financial modeling, data analysis, performance measurement, and report validation.
• Ability to identify practical AI and automation use cases and integrate new tools into existing business workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within asset management, hedge funds, or other investment-focused organizations.
• Familiarity with hedge fund operating models, investment workflows, and the trade lifecycle.
• MBA, CFA, or comparable advanced degree.
• Hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in the office , with additional in-office presence during busier periods.
