Job Details Job Title: Project Manager – Intermediate Location: Cranston, RI (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) Duration: 12+ Months (Subject to Extension) Overview Project Manager to support strategic initiatives through project planning, stakeholder coordination, program implementation, reporting, communications, and operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with program, policy, and leadership teams to drive projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day project activities and operational deliverables Coordinate meetings, workgroups, and stakeholder engagements Develop project communications, status reports, and presentations Track project milestones, risks, issues, and action items Prepare agendas, meeting notes, dashboards, and progress reports Maintain project documentation, schedules, and tracking tools Support procurement, invoicing, scheduling, and administrative activities Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success Assist leadership with project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting Required Skills Project Management Stakeholder Management Program Coordination Meeting Facilitation Communication and Presentation Skills Reporting and Documentation Cross-Functional Collaboration Organizational and Time Management Skills Research and Analysis Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills Healthcare Industry Experience Public Sector Experience Program Implementation Experience Policy and Planning Support Data Analysis and Reporting Community Engagement Experience Process Improvement Initiatives Certifications PMP (Preferred) CAPM (Preferred) Agile/Scrum Certification (Nice to Have) Education Master's degree preferred in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Health Policy, Human Services, Social Work, Law, or a related field.
