Administration Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Provide crucial administrative support, primarily to our purchasing supervisor, ensuring the efficient operation of administrative and purchasing functions.
• Will be adaptable, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of managing a diverse range of tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Administration Assistant Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar support role.
• Basic computer proficiency, including: * A strong understanding of file hierarchy and efficient digital file management. * Proficiency in email communication and etiquette. * Familiarity with QuickBooks software. * Competency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience as a Purchasing Assistant.
• Background or experience in Accounts Payable functions.* Experience with Accounts Receivable processes.
