For more information, visit . Position Responsibilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Maintain the Payroll inbox. Can handle high pressure and a fast‑paced work environment, handle ambiguity, and shifting priorities. Ability to efficiently organize work duties and manage projects. Collect, summarize, and input timekeeping information ensuring that all supervisory timekeeping approvals are obtained. Also entering information into the HRIS system via imports. Prepare payroll imports on a weekly basis for assigned stores based on employee and manager requests, located in one or more assigned regions. Provide customer service to all employees regarding time, payroll, accrued sickness and vacation questions. Resolve all discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain database regarding entering new hires, deactivating terminated employees and all related personnel maintenance. Maintain the integrity of all payroll‑related reports, including year‑end reporting and annual employee tax documents. Provide support to the benefits and human resources department for various projects as needed. Qualifications: Two to five years of recent payroll experience in a high‑volume environment UKG experience preferred. Ability to prioritize workload to meet processing deadlines. Preferred Skills and Competencies: Excellent employee relations experience necessary Strong written and verbal communication skills.
