Key Responsibilities

• Drive a 40% increase in qualified inquiries within 12 months through targeted digital marketing, local SEO, content development, and referral campaigns.
• Build and manage a monthly content strategy, including articles, videos, social media, and community-focused campaigns.
• Develop and strengthen referral programs and strategic partnerships that generate consistent new business opportunities.
• Oversee the company's website, Google Business Profile, and digital presence to maximize traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan and execute 4–6 community events, networking opportunities, or strategic partnerships annually.
• Manage external marketing vendors, including website developers, SEO specialists, graphic designers, and event partners.
• Track and analyze marketing performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Provide monthly reports to leadership highlighting marketing effectiveness, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a senior-level marketing role, preferably within a service-based company or another relationship-driven industry.
• Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and drive measurable business growth through marketing initiatives.

• Experience developing referral programs, community partnerships, and networking initiatives.
