Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY

Schedule : Days, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week

Assignment Details : Contract length: 13 weeks; Guaranteed hours: 40 per week

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions.
- Collaborate as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment objectives and outcomes.
- Document treatment plans and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices for patient care.
