Marketing Procurement Specialist

Job Description This role is responsible for supporting the sourcing of creative agency services within Marketing Procurement. It reports to the Associate Director of Procurement for Creative Agencies and focuses on marketing sourcing initiatives, optimization of procurement platforms and tools, and global tracking and governance of creative spend. Responsibilities Lead global, cross-functional initiatives for the Decideware platform (or similar) covering current state, new functionality, change management, and local market requirements across the enterprise. Manage scope‑of‑work templates, agency evaluation surveys, and training of stakeholders and agency partners. Evaluate agency scope of work and staffing plans for proposed roles, hours, and rate structures to provide financial guidance within procurement and to stakeholders. Support supplier contract negotiations from initial review to contract signing/execution. Implement Supplier Value Management with key category suppliers to foster innovation, manage performance, establish a governance model, and ensure continuous improvement. Utilize data and analytics skills to inform category decision‑making and planning using dashboards such as Power BI. Develop, sustain, and evolve global stakeholder relationships with a service mindset. Track key metrics including savings, supplier diversity, working capital, ESG integration, and business continuity to meet objectives. Actively support diversity by expanding relationships and spend with diverse suppliers. Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Required Experience and Skills 3‑5 years of experience in agency compensation, reviewing multipliers, and recommending industry‑standard benchmarks for Time & Material and deliverable agency rates. 3‑5 years of procurement, business management, and/or marketing‑specific experience. Agile mindset; ability to learn quickly and connect the dots. Strong data and analytic skills; ability to work in Power BI and other business analytics and data visualization tools to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and support multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics. Preferred Skills Negotiation & Contracting: Skilled in negotiating terms and managing supplier agreements. Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build relationships and influence cross‑functional teams. Project Management: Organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Tools & Systems: Familiarity with procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba). Preferred Education BS/BA in Finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
