Key Responsibilities for the ACCOUNTING MANAGER: Lead corporate accounting operations and oversee a team of accounting professionals. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial results. Support consolidated financial reporting and corporate reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, accounting policies, and internal controls. Partner with departments across the organization to drive process improvements and business initiatives. Qualifications for the ACCOUNTING MANAGER: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry experience. 3+ years of accounting leadership experience managing and developing teams. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and general ledger accounting. CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.
