A growing behavioral health organization in Oklahoma is seeking an accomplished healthcare executive to lead its next phase of growth and community impact as the next Chief Executive Officer. The PositionThe incoming Chief Executive Officer will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen physician and community partnerships, enhance operational performance, and expand access to behavioral health services. This leader will support and influence strategic decisions that drive growth across both outpatient service lines and inpatient services. Key priorities include growing outpatient services and increasing inpatient census. The successful candidate will provide clear direction and guidance to leaders and staff at all levels, helping to ensure organizational stability, operational excellence, and long-term success.The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and accomplished healthcare leader with experience leading a free-standing behavioral health organization. This individual will be forward-thinking, highly engaged with staff, and skilled at building collaborative relationships across the organization. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, behavioral health, or a closely related discipline required; graduate-level education (Master’s degree or equivalent) is strongly preferred.Demonstrated record of increasing leadership responsibility within hospital, behavioral health, or comparable healthcare organizations.
