Our organization is actively looking for a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics to become part of our expanding team in Freeport, Illinois.

We are a multi-state, integrated healthcare system that includes 7 hospitals, featuring a cutting-edge ACS-designated Level I Adult Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. With a workforce of over 600 employed physicians and 200 advanced practice providers, we cater to more than 80 outpatient clinics and various service locations, delivering care to residents in over 55 communities across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

Our services encompass more than 125 specialty and subspecialty areas, such as adult critical care, neonatal intensive care, neurosurgery, heart and vascular care including WATCHMAN and TAVR procedures, a comprehensive cancer institute, plastic and reconstructive surgery, robotic surgery, orthopedic surgery, and much more.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO board certified or board eligible
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
• Training in Obstetrics and a passion for providing OB care
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Expertise in delivering comprehensive care for patients of all ages
