You will conduct routine patrols, respond to site needs, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $35.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur09:00 AM - 05:00 PMFri09:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and guide visitor entry procedures in support of security-related operations and protection of sensitive equipment and/or information. Support incident reporting, access control, and after-hours coverage while maintaining professionalism and readiness in a fast-paced corporate environment. Minimum Requirements: Possess an armed guard card and/or license. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
