JOB DETAILS: FULL TIME, MON - FRI, 0600 START TIME, $50k-60k annual, PAID WEEKLY. MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION/LIFE/401K AFTER 90 DAYS. PTO AVAILABLE Responsibilities Dispatch drivers for timely deliveries and pickups Handle incoming customer service phone calls with professionalism Communicate with customers via email regarding shipment details Process and manage paperwork related to shipments Coordinate and maintain clear communication with the warehouse team Qualifications Previous experience in trucking or freight dispatch is required Strong attention to detail and thorough follow-up skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a multi-tasking environment Capable of working under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude Excellent organizational and dependability skills Professional and pleasant phone presence Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Consistent attendance and punctuality Customer service experience is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
