What You'll Do

• Train and educate patients on using the Tablo Hemodialysis System at home
• Assist patients with treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor and evaluate patient competency for safe at-home treatment
• Provide ongoing support and reinforce training during sessions
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless care and documentation of progress
• Manage a patient load of 2 to 3 trainings daily

What You Need

• Required: Active RN license in Texas, recent dialysis experience, experience with Tablo Hemodialysis, strong communication skills, ability to work independently
• Preferred: Home health or chronic care experience
