What You'll Do
- Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis
- Guide patients through setup, operation, and troubleshooting of treatment equipment
- Monitor patient competency and ensure safety during at-home treatments
- Provide ongoing support and reinforce training to optimize patient outcomes
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document training sessions, patient progress, and outcomes accurately
- Manage a workload of 2 to 3 training sessions daily
What You Need
Required:
- Active RN license in Texas
- Recent dialysis experience
- Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage training schedules
Preferred:
- Home health or chronic care experience
