Welder

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the Barfield Product Line supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay Range: $24-$26/hr. + $3.00 shift differential

Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 4pm - 2am (MON --THUR / overtime possible on Fridays)

What's the Job?

• Perform welding operations on a variety of parts according to print specifications
• Set up welding fixtures to accommodate different part applications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency
• Ensure all work conforms to quality standards and specifications
• Assist in training new team members as needed

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Extensive knowledge of aluminum welding (Tig and Mig) from .063 to 3/8 thickness
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and physically capable of performing job duties
