Organizational Change Management Consultant

To support a growing Modern Work practice, the full-time Organizational Change Management Consultant will partner with clients to lead change initiatives, ensuring technology and business transformations achieve adoption and business value objectives in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to identify business challenges and develop comprehensive change management strategies Collaborate with technical consultants and project teams to align business outcomes and adoption goals Measure and analyze the effectiveness of change management efforts and monitor project risks Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of organizational change management or consulting experience Experience applying change management methodologies and driving organizational adoption during transformations Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills Experience developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences Proven ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a remote environment
