Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time

Location: Western Pennsylvania (Local Travel Required) Schedule: 4×10‑hour days (Friday–Monday OR Saturday–Tuesday) Employment Type: Full Time Travel: Yes — local travel to patient homes (~20% of day)

Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join their extraordinary care team. This full‑time role focuses on the management and delivery of patient care plans throughout Western PA and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is a self‑directed clinician who thrives in a field‑based environment, maintains strong documentation habits, and provides exceptional patient‑centered care.

This position requires on‑call availability on weekends, local travel to patient locations, and the ability to work independently while meeting critical charting deadlines.

• Associate degree or higher
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Clinical Documentation
  • Clinical Informatics
  • Clinical Quality
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR systems
  • Practice Partner EMR
• All of the following active certifications:
  • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support ( ARC ALS )
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support ( AHA ACLS )
• Comfortable with required local travel to patient homes

• Lead and collaborate in the management and delivery of individualized patient care plans.
• Provide direct support to patients across Western PA and nearby regions.
• Spend approximately 20% of the workday driving to and from patient locations.
• Consistently meet critical charting and documentation deadlines.
• Ask fact‑finding questions to accurately assess patient needs and clinical situations.
• Educate patients and families while providing compassionate care.
• Self‑manage daily schedule, travel routes, and documentation workflow.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while delivering excellent service.

• Four 10‑hour shifts per week
  • Schedule options: Friday–Monday OR Saturday–Tuesday
• The 4th day each week is designated as an administrative day
• On‑call required on weekends
• Two holidays per year (only those that fall on weekends)

• Local travel to patient homes and care sites throughout Western PA
• Must be comfortable driving between visits and managing field‑based workflows

Pay Transparency Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Some sites require disclosure of pay and benefits. This role may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives depending on business needs.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $42-50
