Based in New York with 6 offices across the east coast, we are a leading plaintiff-side personal injury mass tort and environmental law firm known for its client-focused approach collaborative culture and commitment to delivering practical results. The firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing team representing plaintiffs nationwide in sophisticated personal injury mass tort and product liability matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who values plaintiff-side advocacy client relationships and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to personal injury mass tort defective drug medical device and product liability matters
• Draft pleadings motions discovery requests and related litigation documents with accuracy and efficiency
• Represent clients in hearings depositions mediations settlement negotiations and other personal injury proceedings from intake through resolution
• Manage an assigned caseload while collaborating with senior attorneys and mentoring junior team members on complex or high-exposure matters

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school with active bar membership in good standing
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience (mass tort defective drug medical device or product liability experience a plus)
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Proficiency with legal research platforms case management systems and electronic document platforms preferred
