Compensation

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
• Commission Structure

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Communicate directly with clients and guide them through the litigation process
• Evaluate liability and damages issues
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
• Work closely with senior attorneys on high-exposure injury cases
