Collaborate with the production team to optimize production processes. Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting and testing products. Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment usage. Assist in training new operators and providing guidance when needed. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and suggest process enhancements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred. Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment operation. Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents and drawings. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping.
