License: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Client or holds a privilege to practice in the Client under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).

Certifications: A valid motor vehicle operator license may be required.

Must-Have: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse.

Description:
This position will cover various responsibilities.
Under general supervision, perform direct clinical services utilizing current nursing protocols and guidelines.
Document care provided thoroughly in the electronic medical record at the time the service is rendered.
This documentation will be measured by monthly chart reviews and bi-annual quality improvement audits.
Accurately document and code patient visits according to established protocols and billing guidelines.
Help achieve goals by promoting a supportive team environment through actions such as offering to assist teammates and willingly accepting new responsibilities.
Contribute to a culture of safety by following established medication guidelines and infection control standards.
Follow vaccine storage and handling guidelines, including monitoring data loggers and reporting any temperature excursions.
Adhere to processes outlined by the medication safety initiative and relevant laboratory guidelines.
