Public Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager with 3–5 years of PR experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting in‑depth client research, securing media coverage, creating engaging press content, and establishing partnerships that enhance brand visibility. This role is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day strategy and execution of PR efforts across multiple client accounts, including media relations, press materials, partnerships, awards, events, and proactive PR opportunities. We’re looking for a strategic communicator and strong writer who can take ownership of PR initiatives, develop and execute comprehensive campaigns, build meaningful media relationships, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute PR strategies, calendars, and campaigns across multiple client accounts Conduct client and industry research to identify newsworthy stories, media angles, and proactive PR opportunities Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, talking points, media kits, and other PR materials Research and pitch relevant local, regional, and national media, publications, podcasts, and other platforms Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers, podcast hosts, and other media contacts Identify relevant awards, partnerships, sponsorships, events, speaking opportunities, and other opportunities that support client goals Coordinate media opportunities and prepare clients for interviews through talking points, anticipated questions, and interview preparation Collaborate with social, creative, content and account teams to align PR efforts with broader campaigns Track media coverage and PR results and assist in monthly client reporting Monitor industry trends, relevant news cycles, and media opportunities across client industries Proactively bring new ideas and recommendations that increase brand awareness and visibility Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3–5 years of public relations experience, with agency experience preferred Experience developing and executing PR strategies across multiple clients, brands, or campaigns Strong media relations experience and understanding of local, regional, and national media landscapes Excellent writing, editing, pitching, and verbal communication skills Experience creating press releases, media pitches, talking points, media kits, and other PR materials Strong research skills with the ability to identify timely, relevant, and newsworthy opportunities Experience with media monitoring, reporting, and PR measurement tools Acute attention to detail and an ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines Strategic and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Why Work with Us Unlimited PTO Medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and other benefits 401K plan Downtown parking included Team buildings and leadership training In office snacks and drinks Dynamic office vibes This is an in‑office position at our downtown Boise office A portfolio is required as part of your application Tuuti is a proud equal opportunity employer.
