As a Concessions Cook Supervisor , you will help lead culinary operations while supporting a team focused on quality, efficiency, safety, and great guest experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys cooking, leading others, and working in a fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cooks and culinary team members during events.
• Assist with daily food preparation, cooking, and production.
• Ensure concession locations are stocked, prepared, and ready for service.
• Assign tasks and provide direction to culinary team members.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, portions, presentation, and temperatures.
• Ensure recipes and production standards are followed.
• Maintain proper labeling, storage, rotation, and waste controls.
• Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe kitchen and concession areas.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, allergen, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Support event setup, service, cleanup, and breakdown.
• Communicate operational or equipment concerns to culinary leadership.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary or high-volume food service experience required.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, team-focused, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and meet the physical demands of the role.
• Flexible availability for events, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required food-safety certification.
