Jump-start your career as an Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT) in Critical Care at Belton Regional Medical Center. Observe patients, document changes, and communicate them with the nursing team. Help patients with daily needs (ADLs) such as eating, drinking, bathing, and moving safely. Provide advanced care, including phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, removing IV lines and catheters, and wound care. Assist with supporting tasks such as collecting lab samples and clerical duties to keep care running smoothly. Look ahead to patient needs, respond quickly, and help ensure every experience feels seamless and compassionate. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate obtained within 30 days of employment start date. High School Graduate or GED. Travel No travel required.
