Administrative Assistant (Entry Level Paralegal)

An established law office is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Orlando, 32801. This is a permanent position offering full time hours. Pay is based on experience up to $25.00/hr + benefits and regular pay increases. This is a friendly and welcoming law office that is seeking someone with strong administrative and organizational skills that really enjoys what they do. This position can eventually take on more challenging administrative duties within the firm or provide an opportunity to advance into a paralegal or legal assistant position for the right person. Duties will include working closely with customers/clients, attorneys and paralegals. The law firm is focused on probate, trust & estate planning, family law, guardianship and some real estate law. You will provide support by gathering supporting documents, scheduling meetings, updating legal files, answering phones in the absence of the receptionist and general administrative and clerical support.
